Julie Brown is a retired nursing professor emeritus at Eastern Kentucky University. Julie volunteers as a Community Educator with the Alzheimer's Association. Her current service in Alpha Delta Kappa includes Southeast Regional President-Elect, Chair of the International Fraternity Education Committee, Kentucky Past State President Council Chair, Kentucky Technology Chair, and Kentucky Alpha Eta Chapter Treasurer.
